Raymond Osas Akpojobaro is a screenwriter and assistant director at The Winlos Ministry, with hands-on experience in over 13 film projects, including A Love Like Raymond, Spirituals, and The Space Between Us. His passion for storytelling extends beyond filmmaking, encompassing coaching and counseling, where he inspires young people in areas of relationships, personal growth, and life development. In 2022, Raymond founded TELCA, an online coaching academy that hosts virtual conferences and interactive sessions, reaching over 800 youths to date.

Before fully venturing into filmmaking, Raymond built a professional career in the tech industry. He is a certified Human Resources Manager, Project Manager, Product Manager, and Scrum Master, mentoring software engineers in a software development company. Raymond is a graduate of the University of Benin, where he studied Science Laboratory Technology. His unique blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and creative storytelling makes him a dynamic lecturer and mentor in the field of film and media arts.
